The service that I offer is to tailor a training programme specific to the needs of each individual rider with regards to planning the exercises deemed most appropriate and also offering advice on the important aspects of nutrition and hydration.

I am keen to help you, as a rider, understand why it is that you are doing the various exercises I advise (and at the specified intensities and durations) so you can gain a better knowledge for future training and how it has a massive benefit to your riding.

For me to do this I need to have a detailed discussion about lots of aspects: previous training, facilities available, preferred exercises, etc.

I have started to do consultations via email for ease, cost and convenience - I can send you a template requiring detailed answers necessary for me to help design an appropriate, and interesting, fitness plan. This gives me a good idea of your needs and requirements and allows me to design a suitable plan for you.

I charge £45 for a consultation and for a written 6 week plan. The training is worked out and a plan written individually for you and this is emailed across to be printed out as necessary. As the training is progressing the more feedback I receive the more I can help tailor training to you to ultimately help you reach your potential at the track...
